GRETNA – A Kenner man is suing his wife’s dentist alleging he paid thousands of dollars for dental services that were never completed.
Vincent J. Bruno filed suit against Daryl Byrd DDS in the 24th Judicial District Court on Feb. 1. Bruno claims he paid Byrd in advance for dental services for his wife, but she never received those services. The plaintiff alleges he provided three checks to Byrd in the amount of $2,035.76 on June 15, $574.64 on June 20 and $6,100 on June 21.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
Damages in the amount of $8,710.40 are sought by the plaintiff.
Bruno is represented by Metairie-based Anthony L. Glorioso.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darrensburg.
