NEW ORLEANS – A New Orleans construction company is being sued on claims that it breached its contract with a Gretna glass company.
Zinsel Glass and Mirror LLC filed a lawsuit against Ellis Construction Inc., Santopadre Condominiums Association Inc. and La Pension Owners’ Association Inc. in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on March 8.
The plaintiff claims that after completing all of its work and supplying materials warranted under contract on the La Pension Hotel project, it has yet to receive the sum of $26,086.20 allegedly owed.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking the full sum owed under contract for the services performed.
