GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish sheriff's deputy is being sued for allegedly causing a car accident while on duty.

The plaintiffs are represented by attorney J. Price McNamara of Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
