GRETNA – A local restaurant is being sued by a customer who claims she was severely injured in a trip over a curb.
Rhonda Milbern filed suit against Coyote Blues of Metairie LLC, TMC Foods LLC and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in the 24th Judicial District Court on March 31.
Milbern claims that after she ate dinner she was exiting and fell over a change in height in concrete near the entrance to the restaurant. The plaintiff alleges she was injured in the incident.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
An unspecified amount in damages is sought for pain and suffering and medical expenses.
Milbern is represented by attorney Joseph R. McMahon III.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
