Dale's Welding & Fabricators alleges it was not paid for work completed

GRETNA – An Iberville Parish business is seeking damages, claiming that it was not paid in full for delivered services and merchandise.

Dale's Welding & Fabricators LLC filed a suit against Perry & Son Towing LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on May 17.

According to the claim, the two parties entered into an agreement in which the plaintiff agreed to deliver certain services and merchandise in exchange for payment. The suit states the despite fulfilling the duties agreed upon, the defendant remains indebted to the plaintiff for an amount of more than $4,000.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay the amount due to the plaintiff in full.

The plaintiff is seeking the balance due. It is represented by John W. Wilbert III of the Wilbert Law Firm in Plaquemine. The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
