Bank of America alleges that a customer failed to pay off his credit card

GRETNA – Bank of America claims that a customer failed to pay off his credit card.

Bank of America filed a suit against Andre J. Denoux in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 24.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant under the agreement that the card would be regularly paid off. The suit states that following the issuing of the card, the defendant failed to pay off a balance of more than $7,000.

The defendant is accused of failure to make payments on the credit card.

The plaintiff is seeking $7,143.10 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth C. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans. The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner.
