GRETNA – A surgical center claims that a patient allegedly failed to pay his outstanding debt.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Company LLC filed a suit against James L. Harder in the 24th Judicial District Court, Jefferson Parish, on July 29.
According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered services to the defendant who had previously agreed to pay for the services he received. The suit states that the defendant is still indebted to the plaintiff for more than $49,000.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking full payment of the outstanding balance. The plaintiff is represented by Larry Bankston and Jenna H. Linn of Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
