Gulf Coast Bank and Trust alleges EOS Well Service breached its contract

NEW ORLEANS – A bank is seeking damages, claiming breach of contract. 

Gulf Coast Bank and Trust Co. filed a suit against EOS Well Service Inc., Ronald L. Moore and Jess L. Moore in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Aug. 11.

According to the claim, the defendant issued an RPA with the plaintiff, which required that the defendant make timely payments in order to fulfill the terms of the contract. The suit states that the defendant has breached the contract due to failure to repurchase the past due invoices as stated in their agreement.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by James M. Garner, Chad Morrow and David Freeman of New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
