NEW ORLEANS – A law firm is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.
Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson LLP filed a suit against Citywide Development Services LLC, NOLA Renewal Group LLC and Larry V. Jackson Jr. in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on May 23.
According to the claim, the plaintiff provided legal services to the defendants in 2014 under the understanding and agreement that it would be paid for their services. The suit states that the defendants have thus to pay the plaintiff for more than $21,000.
The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $21,829.03 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Joseph P. Titone of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson LLP in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
