Protection One Alarm Monitoring Inc. claims it is owed more than $500,000 for work

NEW ORLEANS – An alarm protection company is seeking damages for breach of contract.

Protection One Alarm Monitoring Inc. filed a suit against 225 Baronne Complex LLC, Roy Anderson Corp, Frichhertz Electric Company Inc, Travelers Casualty & Surety Company of America, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, Zurich American Insurance Company and Federal Insurance Company in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on April 19.

According to the claim, the plaintiff was the provider of security materials and labor to the defendant. The suit states that though they delivered what was agreed upon, they were not paid for the services and good delivered.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract through failing to pay for what was delivered.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Thomas J. Lutkewitte and Conor T. Lutkewitte.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
