Jefferson Parish man owes more than $25,000, Bank of America claims

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking to collect from a customer who has allegedly failed to pay.

Bank of America filed a suit against Samuel Salvator Gambino in the 24th Judicial District Court on Sept. 1.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued services to the defendant and the suit states that the defendant is still indebted to the plaintiff for more than $25,000.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $25,330.14 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
