Unifund CCR LLC alleges credit card balance has not been paid

GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish resident is accused of defaulting on a credit card.

Unifund CCR LLC filed a suit against Jaron Coler in the 24th Judicial District Court on Sept. 12.

According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant were parties in a contract which the defendant allegedly breached through failing to pay his balance.

The defendant is accused of open account for more than $1,900.

The plaintiff is seeking $1,951.67 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
