GRETNA – Trustmark National Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Trustmark National Bank filed suit against Robin Renee Reed, individually and as the representative payee of Jamiah Denae Showers, in the 24th Judicial District Court on Sept. 6.

According to the claim, the defendant had multiple checking accounts with the plaintiff and failed to pay off the balance that accumulated. The suit states that the defendant owes more than $2,200 to the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Anthony J. Milazzo Jr.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
