Capital One Bank alleges customer failed to pay of his credit card balance

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $2,000 in damages from a Jefferson Parish man.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Henry C. Spicer III in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant under the agreement that the balance of the card would be paid off. The suit states that the defendant has accumulated more than $2,200 and has failed to pay the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,283.48 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
