Capital One Bank seeks payment allegedly owed on credit card

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for money allegedly owed on an open account.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against James B. Price in the 24th Judicial District Court on April 28.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant and the defendant was obligated to pay off the balance of the card regularly. The suit states that the defendant has accumulated more than $2,270 in charges without paying the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,277.49 plus costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 760461.
