Capital One Bank seeks payment from credit-card customer

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $4,100 from a credit-card customer.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Victor M. Stelly in the 24th Judicial District Court on April 22.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant which the defendant has thus failed to pay off. The balance accumulated by the defendant is alleged to be more than $4,100.

The defendant is accused of not paying on an open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $4,125.19 plus other costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
