Grizzly Energy Services accused of not paying transport company

GRETNA – A transport company is seeking damages for money allegedly owed on an open account.

Fairway Transport LLC filed a suit against Grizzly Energy Services LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on April 18.

According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered services to the defendant which are valued at more than $5,600. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff what is owed on the account.

The plaintiff is seeking $5,856.68 plus finance and interest charges and attorney's fees. The plaintiff is represented by Chistopher D. Schouest.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 760046.
