Capital One Bank says money owed on account

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for more than $2,000 in credit-card charges.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Elise E. Leslie in the 24th Judicial District Court on April 4.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant which the defendant used to accumulate more than $2,000 in charges. The suit states that the defendant has failed to deliver the payment that she owes to the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of not paying the amount due on an open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,394.57 plus other costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
