AAA Silkscreening and Sporting Goods accused of not paying credit card charges

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for more than $6,900 allegedly owed on an open account.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Johnny J. Bergeron and AAA Silkscreening and Sporting Goods Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court on April 4.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendants, and there has been an alleged failure to make payment for more than $6,900 in charges.

The plaintiff is seeking $6,915.19 plus costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V Faulkner Jr.
