Delgado Community College claims that a student has not paid for classes

GRETNA – Delgado Community College is seeking payment from Spring 2013 student.

The Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a suit against Traniece C. Duncan in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered services to the defendant which were valued at more than $800. The suit states that the defendant has failed to make payments on the open account from Spring 2013, when the fees were accumulated.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $831 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Scott L. Smith Jr. of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
