Jefferson Parish resident alleged to owe on Capital One Bank account

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Wyone M. Sprague in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant used the card to accumulate more than $1,000 in charges and has failed to make payments on the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,803.68 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville and Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
