GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account from a Lafitte woman.
Discover Bank filed a suit against Ashley V. Creppel in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 7.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit line to the defendant for more than $5,000. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the credit that was issued to her.
The defendant is accused of failure to pay the amount due.
The plaintiff is seeking $5,964.09 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Everette C. Altdoerffer and Peter S. Thriffiley of Edmond, Oklahoma.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
