NEW ORLEANS – A community college claims that a student failed to pay for attending.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a suit against Kevin D. Langston in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Oct. 14.
According to the claim, the plaintiff allowed the defendant to attend as a student in spring 2014. The suit states that the defendant accumulated more than $1,100 in charges and failed to pay off the balance.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Meghan N. Beal.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
