Shopper alleges injuries after fall in Rouse's Market parking lot

GRETNA – A woman claims that broken concrete caused her to fall at a supermarket.

Ann Terrell filed a suit against Rouse's Enterprises LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 25.

According to the claim, the plaintiff was at the defendant's property located at 717 Clearview Parkway on Sept. 2 when the incident occurred. The suit states that the plaintiff was caused injury when she tripped on a piece of broken concrete and fell after parking and exiting her vehicle.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. She is represented by Brian D. Katz of Herman, Herman and Katz in New Orleans and by John C. Bono of Bono Law Firm in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
