Capital One Bank claims that a customer failed to pay off a credit card

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $2,700 from a Jefferson Parish resident.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Kathy P. Haulser in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 31.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant used the credit card to accumulate more than $2,700 in charges and has failed to pay off the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,765.20 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
