GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish man claims that his employer and the employer's brother assaulted him when he went to the office to inquire about a paycheck.

Robert S. Allen filed a suit against John M. Wattigny, Robert Wattigny, Precision Pro Roofing LLC, ABC insurance company and XYZ insurance in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 31.

According to the claim, the plaintiff was employed by the defendant in November 2015. The suit states that during his employment, the plaintiff had not been compensated for a week's worth of work and arranged a meeting with John Wattigny.
