Capital One Bank claims it is owed more than $4,000 from cardholder

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for more than $4,000.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Lesley A. Caliste in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 24.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is owed more than $4,300 by the defendant. The defendant has allegedly not made payment on the balance due yet.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $4,341.19 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
