Late 03

NEW ORLEANS – An Orleans Parish company alleges it is owed for the storage of construction equipment.

According to the claim, the plaintiff leased areas to the defendants for the storage of the defendant's two semi-trucks and other construction equipment. The suit states that the oral agreement stated a monthly price for the keep of the vehicles, but that the defendant has failed to make the appropriate payments and is currently indebted to the plaintiff for more than $38,000.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in its favor and is represented by Joseph G. Albe Jr. of Able Law Firm in New Orleans.
