Capital One Bank alleges man failed to pay off his credit card balance

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages, claiming that a customer failed to pay off his credit card.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Ronald J. Roth in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 4.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to make payments on more than $2,900 charges.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,931.17 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
