Bank of America claims that a customer owes more than $5,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Bank of America filed a suit against Diana A. Folse in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 4.

According to the claim, the defendant accumulated more than $5,000 in charges on a credit card and has failed to pay off the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $5,807.76 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
