Jefferson Parish man alleged to owe on Capital One Bank account

GRETNA – Capital One Bank claims that a customer failed to pay off credit card.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Joseph F. Mumin in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 15.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay the balance he accumulated of more than $1,8000.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $1,851.52 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
