Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern claims construction company did not pay for legal services

GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish law firm claims that it was never paid for its services by a client.

Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern, a professional law corporation filed a suit against Roubion Construction Co. LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 15.

According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered legal services to the defendant. However, the suit states that the plaintiff has not been paid by the defendant.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $26,303.58 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Mark A. Manttoth, Stephen I. Dwyer and Edward T. Suffern of Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
