Capital One Bank claims it is owed more than $3,700 for credit card

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Katherine Marcia in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 7.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a credit card which the defendant failed to pay off for more than $3,700 in purchases.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $3,771.13 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
