NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a suit against Randian S. Simon in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 7.
According to the claim, the plaintiff allowed the student to take classes during the spring 2012 semester. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay for the services received.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $860.75 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Wendy Ramnarine of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
