Frilot LLC alleges it is owed for legal services provided to companies

NEW ORLEANS – A law firm alleges it was not paid for legal work by two Egyptian companies.

Frilot LLC filed a suit against Hagrpota for Trading and Distribution Co. LTD, Hagrpota for Import & Export and Ahmed Hagrass in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 10.

According to the claim, the defendant hired the plaintiff for legal counsel. The suit states that the defendants have failed to pay the plaintiff, even though the plaintiff completed the work that it was contracted to.

The defendants are accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Andrew S. de Klerk and T. Patrick O'Leary of Frilot LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
