Jefferson Parish resident accused of maintaining open Bank of America account

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Bank of America filed a suit against Crystal Ann Pierce in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 23.

According to the claim, the plaintiff owns an account belonging to the defendant, who failed to make payments on it. The suit states that the defendant owes more than $2,000.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
