Bank of America is seeking more than $4,000 from Jefferson Parish resident

GRETNA – Bank of America claims that it is owed more than $4,000 on a credit account.

Bank of America filed a suit against Amira Salha in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 23.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued an account to the defendant who failed to make payments on it. The suit states that the defendant owes more than $4,000.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $4,307.31 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
