GRETNA – A man claims that shoring work on his home was not completed properly.
Kenneth Krause filed a suit against Aldrete & Son's Shoring Co. Inc. and ABC insurance company in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 23.
According to the claim, the plaintiff entered into an agreement for improvements to be made to the property located at 1504 Mason St. in October 2015. The suit states that the defendant failed to deliver work to the appropriate standards, thus breaching contract.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Leslie J. Hill and David C. Clement of Clement, Gates & May in New Orleans.
