Bank of America alleges customers owe more than $116,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is suing two customers, alleging they owe more than $116,000 for promissory notes and mortgages.

Bank of America filed a suit Nov. 21. against Sarah Kathleen Myers and Timothy Joseph Guillot Jr. in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay off their mortgages and promissory notes in a timely manner.

According to the claim, Bank of America seeks $116,696.86 from mortgages and promissory notes that the defendants incurred.

Bank of America seeks the money owed and all costs of court. It is represented by attorney Logan Massey of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 766840.
