Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern APLC alleges it was not paid for services

NEW ORLEANS – A law firm alleges an Orleans Parish resident did not pay it for legal services it provided.

Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern APLC filed a suit against Renee Landrieu in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 15.

According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement for the issuance of certain services. The suit states that the defendant is still indebted to the plaintiff for more than $24,000.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $24,413.03 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Mark A. Mantooth and J. Kendall Rathburn of Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
