JP Mack Industries LLC alleged to owe thousands to electrical supply company

NEW ORLEANS – An electrical supply company alleges an Orleans Parish company and individual did not pay for supplies.

Elliott Electric Supply Inc. filed a suit against JP Mack Industries LLC, doing business as JP Mack LLC, and Adam Vodanovich in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendants an account, with which the defendants used to make purchases. The suit states that the defendant kept up to date with payments until June 2016. The defendant has allegedly failed to pay off more than $13,000.

The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $13,520.22 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Justin W. Stephens of Matthews, Shiels, Pearce, Knott, Eden & Davis in Dallas, Texas.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
