Bank of America claims it is owed more than $40,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $40,000 from a Jefferson Parish individual.

Bank of America filed a suit against Donesia D. Turner in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 30.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant. The suit states that despite accumulating more than $41,000 in debt, the defendant has failed to pay off the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $41,904.62 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
