Wells Fargo alleges promissory note customer owes nearly $125,000

GRETNA – Wells Fargo Bank is suing a promissory note customer, alleging he owes nearly $125,000.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a suit Nov. 29 against Chris J. Bourgeois, also known as Chris Bourgeois, in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay off a promissory note. 

According to the claim, Bourgeois is holder of a promissory note issued by Wells Fargo. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off $124,902.94 on the note.

Wells Fargo Bank seeks all sums owed, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Corey J. Giroir of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge. 

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 766977.
