GRETNA – A St. Charles Parish construction company is seeking damages, claiming that a promissory note was not paid.
Dixie Shoring & Construction LLC filed a suit against Celadonia Alcantara in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 29.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is the holder of a promissory note that the defendant issued and has allegedly failed to pay off.
The plaintiff is seeking $30,000 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Robert L. Marrero in Gretna.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
