Wells Fargo alleges customer owes more than $110,000

GRETNA – Wells Fargo is suing a Gretna customer, alleging he owes more than $113,000.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a suit Nov. 28 against Reynaldo King in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay

According to the claim, Wells Fargo is owed $113,193.73 from King, who has failed to make timely payments on a mortgage.

Wells Fargo Bank seeks all money owed, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Jason R. Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 766910.
