GRETNA – A bank is suing two customers, alleging they owe more than $15,000.
Crescent Bank & Trust filed a suit Dec. 1 against Andrea M. Sims and Michael J. Bjorkman in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay.
According to the claim, the defendants have failed to pay the bank $15,225.10 after promising to do so.
Crescent Bank and Trust seeks the money owed and all costs of court. It is represented by attorneys Charles P. Blanchard and Amy L. McIntire of New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
