GRETNA – Wells Fargo is seeking payment of a promissory note.
Wells Fargo Bank filed a lawsuit Dec. 5 against Willie Bishop Rimmer Jr., also known as Willie B. Rimmer Jr., also known as Willie Rimmer Jr., in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay off a promissory note.
According to the claim, Wells Fargo is the holder of a promissory note that was issued by Rimmer. The suit states Rimmer has failed to pay back $56,915.07.
Wells Fargo Bank seeks all money owed, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Corey J. Giroir of Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright.
