GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.
Capital One Bank filed a suit against Silva Beteta in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 8.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant maintained an open account through failing to pay off more than $3,500 on the card.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $3,938.91 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
