GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages over a credit card holder's open account.
Capital One Bank USA filed a suit against Richard Lyon in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 12, 2016.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued an account to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay off the balance that he accumulated.
