Bank alleges promissory note customers owe more than $220,000

GRETNA – A bank is suing two promissory note customers, alleging they owe more than $200,000.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc, Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates Series 2005-R3, filed a suit against Rocquel Weber Milsap, also known as Rocquel W. Milsap, also known as Rocquell Milsap, and against Perry L. Milsap, also known as Perry Milsap, in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 16, alleging failure to deliver payment.

According to the claim, the Milsaps are the holder of a promissory note that was issued by the plaintiff. The suit states the defendants have failed to pay the plaintiff and they are obligated to pay $221.680.90.

Deutsche Bank seeks the money owed, plus court costs. It is represented by attorneys from The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. 

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767504.
